This web site offers the following freight options. First Class insured US Mail 5 to 7 day delivery. Priority 3 to 4 day delivery. Express Max. 2 day delivery. International We ship to all countries; delivery time varies.

Retail Policies

ORDERING
All major credit cards are now accepted online at judiegumm.com. We take your security and privacy very seriously and all transference of electronic data conforms strictly to the standards of our Site Security and Privacy Policy.

You can also order by U.S mail and pay with personal check (allow an additional 7 days for bank clearance) or money orders. Please don’t forget to add the postage as it will delay your order!

REPAIR
We will be happy to repair any of our jewelry for a nominal fee or free if it is due to a flaw in the piece. If returned items are improperly shipped and damage occurs, there will be a repair charge. We will do our best to restore your jewelry. We understand there can be sentimental value but it may not be possible to restore it to a new condition because tarnish has been allowed to build up. So, if you lose an earring, don’t let the survivor languish in a drawer; send it back and we’ll match it up and charge you half the cost of a set and a $4 handling fee.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If you see a design you like, but I do not offer it the way you would like it—for example, you want a bracelet instead of a pendant—just ask and we will be happy to give you a quote!
