The Caribou is a creature of perpetual motion and its spirit is nomadic. Within only one hour a new born calf can walk. In the winter they graze the tundra in majestic herds numbering upwards to 300,000. Look closely at the negative space within the piece and you might see the Alaskan mountain range which serves as their summer refuge.
